This position has to take care of:
- all aspects linked to the national employees ( Employment`s contracts, salaries, taxes on salaries, etc.) as well all legal aspects relevant to them
- supervision of our future HR officer in Aktobe and travel there when necessary .
- HR policy, procedures and rules. Also to be pro-active in improving and implementing polices, rules and procedures
- Filing all HR relevant documentation
- any other activity, action, etc. linked to HR.
It is requested:
- University diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- 5 to 10 years experience
- having a legal background, and if in Labor Law and Civil Law will be an advantage. |
