- 7+ years of working in operations in local bank (общий стаж работы)
- Of them 4+ years as unit head or head of division
- Current position should not be less than head of division (нач управления) or at least head of big important unit (for example – client service unit or payments unit)
- Place of work – Head office of a bank or at least Almaty office. People working in small branches do not qualify.
- Experience in various areas of Operations (preferably in Corporate operations), not just one area of experience
- Experience in multinational banks is a big plus
- Experience in automation and optimization of operations processes, risks and controls is a big plus
- Experience in writing various types of documents (operating procedures, bank policies, business processes) is a big plus
- Financial or technical education
- Good communication and formulation skills, writing effectively.
