JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES
- Recruitment Market Analysis and Monitoring
- Face to Face interviews with candidates (4 per day)
- Meeting with clients to discuss the Job Description and clients’ requirements
- Analyse Job Descriptions
- Search for the position requested: Pre-screening, selecting, interview of new and previous candidates. (Database, Direct-Search, Advertising, Contacts)
- Prepare a recruiter note for each candidate interviewed:
(Check references, collect information about the candidates, and write comments on the candidates interviewed.)
- Discuss the positions and the candidates with clients, arrange and confirm interviews
- Weekly Report and Action Plan
